Easy going, semi-active professional. I feel touch and relaxation is an important part of life. For massage I like firm strong hand pressure. I do home exercise and include twice weekly Hatha type yoga and weightlifting. I've been studying massage online and apply what I learn more and more with each massage. I apply a fairly firm pressure in all my strokes (except for the warm up) and do my best to work out any knots or tension I find. I’m deep tissue / physio therapy oriented using focused strokes and pin and stretch where needed. I’ve also done some resistive stretching incorporating long strokes. Please let me know of any specific areas of focus so I can study prior to our meet up.
