I have enjoyed giving and receiving massages for over 5 years. I am runner (half-marathons) and often have tight muscles in my legs and hips. I am interested in receiving massages that either help loosen my tight muscles from running or I also enjoy a simple relaxing massage (body rub).
I also like giving massages, but only to women. I am not trained, but I listen and try to adapt my style to meet her needs. I am not very good at deep massage and prefer a more gentle or firm massage. My goal is to help the person I am massaging to relax.
