Interested in link between massage, our breathing and mental health. Very tactile person and have been giving massages to partners, friends and family from a young age. Have prioritised giving and receiving massages since covid.
Sports-wise, I do powerlifting, football ⚽️, and a bit of hiking when I can.
I recently had a shoulder injury and I don't get enough massages, so it would be good to give the body some TLC.
