I am a mature gentleman and I enjoy giving and receiving massage.
As I am a rugby referee (over 20 yrs), I often have a massage before a weekend game and also after a game. Deep tissue is preferred however, a relaxation massage is good option. Giving a massage is also a favourite of mine - relaxation or deep tissue.
I have had no formal training however, I have received hundreds of massages and given plenty.
