I'm not formally trained in massage, but I have studied a lot of anatomy and exercise science, and have spent some time working with physical therapists and learning soft tissue manipulation to improve healing. I'm pretty good at finding tight areas, trigger points, restrictions, etc., and working/stretching them out, especially if you have an old injury that needs some work. I always find I'm trying to massage my injuries because finding a good therapist that knows how to focus on injuries and trigger points is hard to find.
And I'm finally somewhat available from a time perspective and in need of some loosening up. However I'm cautious from a COVID perspective. If we exchanged massages I'd ask that we both wear masks and take appropriate precautions.
