More About Me
Joyously & skillfully have given and received massages for the past 15 years. Have received many professional massages. Studied & practiced Shiatsu with Ohashi from Japan. Am in the field of Education. Have sung in several choirs, studied & practiced qi gong & tai chi, work out 4 - 5 a week at a local gym, have been in a few improvisation groups, meditation & have worked with some respected teachers of Awareness, enjoy making collages, national & international politics & travel. Also enjoy Netfix, Amazon Prime & Hulu cinema streaming, have been to several marshal arts exhibitions, enjoy lakes & oceans, NPR, listening to stories shared on The Moth & sometimes pod casts, letting the heart & mind just be present both full & empty, simultaneously, some reading, bon fires, all forms of music and the performing arts, and gazing into the infinite sky watching the clouds go by in The Valley and Sonoma, Northern California.
