More About Me
Last year I was introduced to Massage Therapy as part of a full time academic course. Here I acquired the knowledge of basic massage techniques, how to massage in a logical sequence from feet to head. I also learned about the before/ during and aftercare of the client.
I graduated from the course with 5 distinctions with 1 being in Massage Therapy. Additionally, I have over 40 hours practical experience providing relaxing and deep tissue massage treating stress, muscle tightness and stiffness.
