A very important factor in an effective massage is the amount of pressure and force applied to targeted areas. Everybody hss had massages that are painful as well as massages that upon completion feel as if nothing was accomplished in regards to tense or sore muscles are concerned. Communicating and listening to a person is a simple and effective way to ensure desired results. It is simple enough but often not practiced resulting in a less than satisfactory experience. My number one goal is to ensure someone's needs are met and they leave feeling more relaxed and less stressed than when they arrived. Working targeted areas and relieving the pains and stresses to a degree that makes their massage well worth the time and energy put forth in coordinating schedules and meeting.
