I’m a qualified massage therapist with a diploma in Swedish Massage and spa treatments, and I’ve always believed that a good massage is as much about presence and care as it is about technique. Although my professional life is spent as a senior manager, author, and speaker, massage remains one of the ways I stay grounded, connected, and genuinely helpful to others.
I’m currently rebuilding my hands-on practice, so I especially value exchanges with people who appreciate slow, mindful bodywork. My style leans towards long, flowing strokes that encourage deep relaxation, release held tension, and help your whole system reset. Whether you’re experienced, newly trained, or simply curious about massage, you’ll be met without judgement and with complete attention to your comfort and wellbeing.
During a session, you are the centre of everything:
– Your preferences shape the entire experience
– Your boundaries are fully respected at all times
– Your pace, comfort, and ease guide the flow of the massage
If you’re receive-only, that’s absolutely fine, I genuinely enjoy giving as much as I enjoy learning from others. If you’re an experienced therapist or student, I’m equally happy to exchange ideas, techniques, and approaches in a relaxed, collaborative way.
Levels of dress are entirely your choice. I’m comfortable working with draping or undraped sessions, and I create an atmosphere where you can feel safe, confident, and able to relax fully.
