I use over 20 years of experience in massage, strength and conditioning, and health and fitness education to positively affect your wellness greater than any of these could do on their own. As a fitness professional, I have held certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, American Medical Massage Association. I have also worked with athletes as a High Performance Specialist, Coach, and Massage Therapist and in clubs and privately as a personal trainer and spin instructor. To keep my competitive juices flowing I compete in gravel and mountain bike races.
