Hello, I am a registered nurse for 12 years and I enjoy learning about anatomy and physiology, muscle articulations and nerve conduction centers. I am fascinated by the actions of increased blood flow and trigger points to release tension and improve over all health. I have been practicing massage on a not for money basis for most of my adult life. I feel it is an essential part of maintaining health and alleviating many other problems.
