I like to help people relax - help them to unwind- reduce stress and promote well being. I am looking to improve my technique (keep my hand in) Massage is tactile and I apply pressure as asked for. Once there is a connection the massage can be adapted to and individual's needs - more head and neck work - or lower back. I never wear anything on my feet so stay connected with the floor - I maintain contact throughout the massage. For those of you who are far - we can make a weekend of it, there is a spare room and your welcome to stay over - visit Studland perhaps?
