I love the experience of relaxing my mind and body completely through massage in both giving and receiving. I work in an office but have a very active lifestyle outside of work. Some of my hobbies include beach volleyball, running, biking, and stand up paddle boarding. I also like learning the techniques therapists and others have used with me so I can practice on others and help them relax. I’ve been told by many people I have very good massage skills and make people feel totally relaxed.
