As a former dancer/gymnast my body took a beating when I was younger. Now, in my 50's I am an artist that has struggled with repetitive movement injuries to my arms, neck and back. I have had some deep tissue massages that seem to help work out the tightness only for it to return soon after. I also suffer from some anxiety which seems to perpetuate the problems. I am looking for some relief in the way of the physical pain but also as a way to learn to relax
