I studied Shiatsu, Swedish, Thai and Reflexology massage at the Chicago Association for Massage, growing up with Mom working in massage therapy. I was the house hold masseur for my mom, my 2 older sisters and their friends.
Massage for me is a life long hobby, although I am Not Licensed. I enjoy giving of myself in the art of massage. Usually the one giving them, but not opposed to receiving as well.
Prior to massage, the muscles are hard and tense and by the end of the session, the muscles are relaxed.
