More About Me
I became aware of how powerful the healing touch is to our health at a relatively young age. Around that same time I met a gypsy woman at a party. While reading my palm, she told me that “the triangle on my Palms (mainly that the three points are closed) means that I have healing hands. So far everyone, almost without exception, they come back to tell me “that it was the best massage they ever had”! I am respectful of boundaries and able to follow your instructions implicitly. Your absolute comfort is essential.for maximum benefit. I am highly aware of your breathIng as it is a key component of my particular style. It is your breathing that will allow the pathway for detoxifying effects. Pausing to break up the lactic acid pinned up in knots. Slowly needing them out. I have strong hands and tend to dig deep under shoulder blades, rib cage, pelvis and feet. Which is where we store the majority of our stress. Again the thing that sets my style apart , I don’t move on after breaking up all that lactic acid which is responsible for the formation of knots, my approach is to then move it along. rather than leave your body with the burden of eliminating these free radicals. I focus on one quadrant at a time. Moving your toxins along meridians and a rythim that mimics your breathing. Basic Yogic breathing pattern: 3 seconds inhale (to full capacity) - 9 seconds exhale (to completely empty) = 3 to 1. I utilize your breathing to draw it out in a similar manner as sinking your chi. I describe it as “Full body deep tissue, quadrant based, massage. With detox. I hope to share it with you.
