I love to heal by touch and giving and receiving positive energy. My passion is to treat all people with respect and enjoy sharing smiles and touch. The only time I did formal training was a very long time ago at a place called Intl School of Healing Arts. I did this for one semester but I have been healing with touch for many years. Receiving massages is probably one of my favorite things in my life even though I don't get them as often as I would like. It tends to distress my sore muscles and work as meditation for my soul. The types of massages I usually get are deep tissue or Swedish massages. I do work way too much and find myself constantly feeling stiff with aches all over. My career as a graphic artist keeps me in my chair for long periods of time which is no good for the body. And since the pandemic hit I haven't been able to exercise much or go dancing which I love.
