Massage is a wonderful way to help heal the body. It can rejuvenate body, mind, and heart.
I have taken multiple classes on therapeutic massage to learn basic massage techniques. These classes were for amateurs, not massage professionals. My goal in offering you therapeutic massage is to help your body release its tension.
I need deep muscle massage in my neck, back, shoulders and arms. This is because of old injuries and working out often. Looking forward to relaxing after a good body massage.
Weekday evenings and weekends work best for my schedule, but I can arrange my work schedule for afternoons on work days.
