Languages I speak: Portuguese/French - basic German/Spanish - average English/Italian - advanced/mother tongue I have studied/practiced Myofascial Energetic Release for a while. I started as a client and I found this technique one of the most effective on my issues and pains. So I decided to deepen my involvement and I delved into it as a learner. In the last year and a half I have been living in a very tiny apartment, so I had to suspend my practice, but I am now finally having a larger space and I started practicing again. I have a decent knowledge of human anatomy. The myofascial approach is perhaps rather intimidating, it is not a classic relaxation massage, but it uses deep tissue de-tensioning which may be also harder (to your feedback-accepted level, obviously). Kind of classic Thai approach or similar to Rolfing in terms of energy/pressure involved.
