I've done a little - usually the shoulders and upper back, with reference to the muscles in those areas. My aim is to tease out the tensions of the day and so let the muscles more fully heal in rest. As a former bodybuilder, I know at least a little about muscular regeneration. I also know what it feels like to be massaged properly, having undergone many treatments by professionals and competent amateurs. My training is by way of learning by experience - with a head full of well-capable grey matter, soaking up knowledge when it is engaged by extreme enthusiasm seems easy enough. I am currently undergoing gender transition from male to female. I have been properly transgender - as opposed to the dilettante variety favoured by people with questionable motives - since 2021, have taken hormone treatment and changed my name by deedpoll. I am intact, technically, 'though the operative part is so small it may as well be classified in the feminine.
