I have learned the art and techniques of body massage from an yoga guru who was 72 years old then. He used to live alone in a small village near the city and founded a school where students used to come from different places to live and learn. He taught us Yoga and selected a handful of students to teach them the art of massage. There was no exchange of benefits or money to learn from him. Because he never wanted to earn money by teaching massage. He died at the age of 92 and school was permanently closed forever. I use hand pressure and/or aromatic oil. I prefer to have scented candle inside room while offering massage. I will discuss with you before hand to understand your mind structure and wishes about massage. Feel free absolutely. Share what you want to share. Tell me your pain points and I will meticulously work on them. Pleasure is important. Your mind should be free from all worries and your body must fill with joy and happiness after I finish my work. That is important for me. That is an achievement.
