I recently retired from my engineering profession and I am usually available anytime of the week but I may need a couple of day's notice. My other interests include hiking, bicycling, travelling and car camping usually with others. I also enjoy golf, woodworking and DIY projects around the house.
Although I have no formal training I enjoy both giving and receiving massages. I have experienced massages from many different places around the world. And so I know the difference between good and bad massages. I have practiced Swedish, Shiatsu and Lomi Lomi styles of massages. My tack is to maintain awareness of the receiver's preferences by establishing trust, checking in often and carefully reading his or her body language. There is nothing more relaxing than a massage given with care and empathy.
