Hello. I've been receiving massages for years and have given many also. My training is hands-on experience. I have learned from experience and the therapist that a good massage is a great way to stay healthy mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am good at feeling tension and trigger points in the body and implementing the right amount of pressure to release the knot or tension. My goal is to connect with people who want to help heal people inside out.
I work in the motion pictures industry. My interest is reading and researching the connection between mind, body, and spirit and how to maintain a healthy balance. I also love being out on a nice nature hike, watching the sunset, or taking a nice bike ride down the Venus beach strip looking at the ocean.
