I am a cook by profession, I've never had any formal training but have as long as I can remember loved giving and receiving massages, shoulders, back, or whole body and as I I've gotten older, it seems just as relaxing to give as recurve. I have had quite a few therapeutic massages while going thru rehabilitation for a time I spent in the hospital 15 years ago and a handful of professional ones as well.
