I work out daily and am a former athlete so I’m always looking for relief. That’s actually how i met my ex who was a massage therapist with her own practice. Thanks to her, I’ve learned well although I’m not formally trained. I have performed dozens of massages, mainly Swedish, Shiatsu and relaxation. And I can always appreciate a good massage (and can teach a bit also).
On this site, I have had a few sessions, all of which has been positive. I also have regular sessions with a friend who is a jujitsu student to relieve her aches and pains. I’m considering getting into the practice but for now, I just enjoy doing my part to bring stress relief and healing :)
