More About Me
I spend hours in front of a computer for my job and it's terrible on my shoulders. I'm not great at stretching or warming up and tend to overdue it during my off hours. The foam roller and stretch bands just can't compete with human hands.
I'm still trying to keep up with the younger guys! I stay active....kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, etc.....you'd think I'd be in better shape! Every now and then I'd like to connect with someone to work out the kinks.
I don't have any formal training, but I've been told that I'm good at what I do and probably SHOULD get licensed. I'm a giver by nature, but receiving every once in a while would be great! My place is always an option, but happy to meet where ever the two of us would be most comfortable.
