I got into massage because I had an aptitude for it and enjoyed it, and to learn to deal with some injuries. I was a licensed massage therapist for a number of years, and twice certified as a personal fitness trainer. I never engaged either as a full time career, but I am an experienced, skilled, and versatile bodyworker. For people primarily seeking to address pain and restore function, I typically incorporate a lot of stretching, usually working through clothing rather than with oil or lotion as I've often been in a public setting with such work. I've background in various modalities however. Any session I do shall be tailored to your boundaries and needs.
