I've been interested in massage since my first friendly back rub in college. Over the years I've exchanged many massages with friends, read books on massage and developed a personal style that's based in classic Swedish massage techniques that relax muscles, relieve pain and increase circulation. I have strong hands, experience and an interest in becoming more proficient and knowledgeable about deeper tissue work. I'm familiar with percussive techniques as well. I'm equally comfortable giving and receiving friendly massage.
