I had a recent stream of health issues and spent two months in bed from pre-surgery as well as post-surgery.. basically I had sudden advanced inguinal hernia open repair surgery and the lead up to it I couldn't move much, then after my back and left should completely fell out of place over recovery.. I am left not a happy bunny! However I have remembered this site is here and suddenly come on to bed the community to help me, I am happy to swap any skills or tool usage in my workshop or just be a guinea pig for anyone who can reduce any of the hundreds of knots anywhere on my body, started to slowly do stretching again, as well as get walking distances up, but my discomfort is certainly slowing my efforts. Who and where do I need to ask on here for some serious attention ;-) I love cooking, so happy to cook any cuisine or just a genuine hug and a heartfelt thank you. Profile (pre recovery): I bought a massage table because i love receiving massages as much as I love to help others with their body aches & discomforts. Sometimes you don't even need to have a discomfort on your body, you just want to enjoy a massage . Muscle knots, aches, troubled areas.. a heated pad on the massage table underneath a fresh towel, relaxing music classics, soft violin or spa style music, optional aromatherapy oils, coconut oil. I enjoy a little talk before to focus on trouble spots. . I too love to enjoy someone else's learnt skills, though my body is always knotted and aching due to always staying active in my workshop creating bespoke furniture and various sculptures for all sorts of amazing clients as well as an active photographer always finding myself in strange positions and locations. .
