I suffer from sciatic nerve impingement and regularly see a chiropractor and sometimes take pain meds, but I've recently discovered that massage helps in conjunction with them. I also sit for work and my neck and shoulders are always very tense. I love to bake and also so some art projects, but I'm happy to discuss barter options!
