Hello Community of Healing Arts Practitioners, I have been healing both myself and others since birth. I suppose we all have. My conscious practice of massage began in my twenties and this current foray into the decentralized collective space of bodyworkers is my praxis. I practice a flexible and collaborative somatic therapy. We sit & talk, stretch & listen. Boundaries discussed and the healing begins, or shall we say, continues. You relax, I go to work. Light touch to begin. Responsive, intuitive, compassionate, professional. Your conscious and subconscious feedback responded to with kindness and respect. My first primal scream in 1996 cleared enough of my emotional baggage to initiate a sublime reunion with my birthmother in Halifax, NS. Thanks, in part, to the research of Art Janov and my training in Primal Therapy (Oly WA, 1995-1997), I discovered my voice: centered, strong and flexible.
