I am an eager amateur. I have had a couple of informal courses many years ago, so I have a few basic techniques down. Mainly I have good physical empathy in understanding and feeling your physical reactions. I have almost exclusively been a giver of massages over the years. Whereas I revel in the pleasure that you receive, I have come to understand that it has all too often been a 1-way exchange where I miss receiving that same pleasure.
