I have PTSD and a few minor physical health issues and massages have proved to be extremely helpful mentally and physically. For me it's like therapy. I used to get massages every month but after moving I haven't found a place that really feels right. Very open to most forms of exchange. I can give massages in return though I don't have any training. I also love baking and can exchange baked goods or home cooked meals. Also if you have children I can babysit for you.
