I am highly skilled in deep tissue, therapeutic, massage . I use graduated pressure and long, relaxing slow strokes combined with pinpoint acupressure to release knotted and sore muscles, all over the body, one fascia at a time. The massage is therapeutic, but not painful or grueling. I do not believe in no pain no gain. I see no point in making someone feel worse than when they started!
