I do not have formal training but I have been receiving massages for many years and practiced on many people. I have had chronic migraines for over 20 years that no medicine can help so several years ago I turned to massage therapy to manage the pain. Having a massage about once a week, when possible, to help with the pain has taught me alot about where and how to apply massage pressure to relieve headache and muscle pains.
