Massage interest comes from naturally soft guy hands lol. Stimulating muscles and using a little acupuncture to allow the body to repair itself is the game. Here's one thing to note I actually even sometimes use my healing hands on myself!!? I'm very spiritual so the better connection I have the more my fingers can feel. One of the first things to determine does the person like a light or strong touch. If I'm massaging to heal I feel for the inflammation and relax the muscle accordingly. Spine or back problems I will feel for the spaces and gently separate them while rubbing the muscle to allow the persons body to restore the proper blood flow. Hip massage available I like to use pressure on these muscles because they are large and usually have little to no TLC. Feet are simple lol
