I have been know to give great shoulder and back rubs for several years but most recently I was unofficially trained by a physical therapist who I was in a relationship with who taught me several techniques to remove knots and tight muscles, along with discovering new areas in the body that I had no idea could be massaged. I have strong hands to release stressed muscles but sensitive for those who don't like hard pressure.
I'm looking for someone to exchange massages with in order to relieve stress from work, exercise or simply from the stress of the day.
