I am very grateful to have found the amazing benefits of massage and energy healing through both past (amateur) partners and wonderfully gifted local certified, licensed massage therapists and reiki practitioners. Ideally, I am looking for someone that is interested in exchanging assisted stretch massage (thai yoga) as well as relaxation massage. I truly believe that everyone needs human touch and both parties can benefit from not only the physical and mental benefits, but let's face it, professional sessions can get expensive quickly! In the past, I had developed plantar fasciitis from spending 10+ hrs a day on my feet at work, as well as having some high impact hobbies, so I have a deep appreciation for foot work, and enjoy giving foot massages as much as I enjoy receiving them. (I also understand the importance of taking care of my feet, so I get a monthly pedicure - no nasty feet for me!) Some of my favorite pastimes are mountain biking, recreational skating and competitive volleyball.
