I was raised doing hard labor on a farm and in a garage, both lead to body aches so ive learned what parts of your body get hurt doing certain actions and what helps. Lucky ive always been a fan of gloves because i can't stand the feeling of rough hands. I wouldn't mind learning more about tissue, muscle, and joints. I find physical therapeutic massage essential in recovery.
