I have been practicing therapeutic massage with release for 4 years. I incorporate diffused essential oils, my own creation of oils and slow full body motions go warm up the muscles and tindons. I practice pressure therapy to trigger certain muscle thus pain release. Nerve bundles are also released along with blood and endorphins- healing. I stretch out each joint and ligament from neck fingers to toes. I do not shy away from any part of the body as it is respected by me as a whole.
