Typically my service begins as a therapeutic massage with you face down on the end of a bed or whatever surface is comfortable. I will start on your lower back and knead you thoroughly. I would then move up to your upper back, arms, fingers, and scalp if you are ok w that. then back down to your lower back, massage up/down each leg, toes and so on
