While not formally trained in massage, I'm not new to it, and have taken the time to learn as much as I can over the years. I am trained in Reiki through level 2.
I really appreciate the idea of an exchange, as I love to give massage, as much as I love to receive it. The opportunity to flow in energy and connection- to physically reach out and to be reached for in return is a beautiful thing ❤️ :-) I'm not afraid to hold space, or be real and present, and I understand consent and the value of communication at all levels, verbally and physically. :-)
