I have no formal training, though I have learned to work muscles with someone who was. I have given neck, shoulder, back and full body massages for years. I have a fair knowledge of anatomy and a good sense for where muscles and joints get stiffness, tension, and pain. --- I do physical work and get stiffness and pain in joints and muscles, so I know what it's like. I have found that a good massage works wonders.
