...I usually massage myself, but it is hard to reach my back and shoulders! I use warm oil.
I have given massages starting with deep tissue massage, then slowly relaxing, using a bit of hypnotherapy, which helps a lot and will relax you. I use warm oils and if you have a choice, bring them/let's use them. Oil massages help keep the skin soft, smooth and supple, and I don't even look my age! Reciprocal massage is welcome (reach my back, ha ha) but not necessary.
