I graduated in 2015 from ASMT and worked full-time for 2 Hand & Stones at same time for 2 years. I have a lot of hands on experience.
Been doing private practice on the side for a few years.
I give a good professional massage. I prefer less draping in both giving & receiving.
I start out light with compressions , then move into light strokes to warm tissue , dropping in with more pressure as I go and hitting focus areas.
I sneak modern trigger point work in along the way to open up larger areas of tissue.
I give a good massage.
Not from the school of it has to hurt to be beneficial. I get deep and work within pain tolerances.
