I have always enjoyed receiving a massage, generally i don't go for deep tissue as some parts of my body find it too painful. Softer massage is much more relaxing i find although im open to other styles in the interests of people needing to practice their skills. I have started giving massages and as I'm not trained i don't attempt sports massage, I'm told I have a good touch and I value feedback.
