More About Me

I attended Santa Barbara School of Massage in the early 90's and worked at Wheeler Hot Springs in Ojai for the last 4 years they were open. I also worked at a day spa for another year. I no longer work as a massage therapist but still want to practice and trade some because it is such a nurturing necessity in life. I do relaxing swedish massage and trigger point, as well as some myofascial release and craniosacral. I took John Barnes Myofascial release and unwinding and that really influenced the attitude of listening with my hands while I work. I am currently working through my final lessons of herbology school.
