It has been a while several years since I have given a full massage but I use to watch lots of videos and practice on a girlfriend and she seem to love it all. I have only massage one man before he was disabled and I gave him a massage once every two weeks to help him with his sore muscles and aches. I enjoy taking my time and try to work the muscles more of a sports massage but also one that will make a person relax.
