I am a State, National, and International competing Athlete in two sports, and have received and rendered Sports, Remedial, and Relax massage and Recovery therapy for at least 8 years
In active sports seasons I receive a 2hr deep massage every two weeks due to training intensity, so I'm very familiar with releasing muscular tension and enabling increased range of joint motion
My experience as a Mindset and Transformation coach me to integrate any emotional and mental tension into my therapy as well as the physical, which provides a safe platform for those who seek my treatment
