More About Me
I stay extremely active and workout regularly. I’ve done about 40-50 hours of training with a massage therapist and another 40+ hours of massage. I give and enjoy receiving deep tissue and use a mix of hands, elbows, and sometimes stepping work.
I’ll typically use coconut oil for massage and try to get in flow with the recipient's breath. I’m learning about energy work and exploring incorporating that into massage.
